WAVE for MS-Windows

PhysioNet's most capable tool for viewing, analyzing, and annotating physiologic signals, WAVE, is now available for MS-Windows. WAVE was developed under SunOS and GNU/Linux, and it also runs under Solaris, FreeBSD, and Mac OS X. A single set of WAVE sources supports all of these platforms, so that WAVE behaves identically on any of them.
