New Database Added: Preterm Infant Cardio-Respiratory Signals Database

The Preterm Infant Cardio-respiratory Signals (PICS) database contains simultaneous ECG and respiration recordings of ten preterm infants collected from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the University of Massachusetts Memorial Healthcare.
